“The Coney Island Book of the Dead” is an award-winning full-length fantasy novel which I wrote and illustrated with 40 of my mixed-water-media paintings and which I published it in 2016. It's loosely based on my childhood growing up in Coney Island and is also influenced by my 34 years of living in Memphis and its wonderful blues music.
The painting of Elvis won second prize at the Elvis Presley Art Contest some years ago.

I’m working on a second novel called, "The Time Artist," an off-beat time-travel murder-mystery partly based on my art school days in the crazy, transgressive world of the late 1960s art scene in SoHo, New York.
